Companies and Contracts

Company Management

Creating a Company (Supervisor)

  1. Go to the Companies section in the sidebar
  2. Click Add
  3. Fill in the fields: name, VAT number, email, address
  4. Save

Company Information (Admin)

Company admins can view and edit their company profile from the Company Profile section, accessible from the menu in company mode.

Contract Management

Contracts define the employment relationship between company and employee.

Creating a Contract

  1. Go to the Contracts section
  2. Click Add
  3. Select the employee
  4. Configure parameters:
    • Start and end date — validity period
    • Contract type — fixed-term, permanent, etc.
    • Level — classification level
    • Status — active, expired, suspended
  5. Save

Contract Statuses

| Status | Description | |---|---| | Active | Valid contract, employee operational | | Expired | Contract end date passed | | Suspended | Contract temporarily blocked | | Cancelled | Contract deleted |

Status Emails

When a contract status changes, the system can automatically send an email to the employee. The system provides customizable templates for each type of communication.

Plans and Limits

Each company operates within the limits of the active subscription plan:

The supervisor can manage plans from the Plans section in the admin panel.


Tip: When a contract is about to expire, the system sends automatic notifications to the company admin.
