Events and Time Records
The events system is the core of PIC Presenze in Cloud. Every clock-in is recorded as an event with date, time and location.
Event Types
Events can have different statuses:

Check-in and Check-out
From the Mobile App
- Open the PIC Presenze in Cloud app
- Scan the QR code of the PIC-Reader at your location
- The system automatically records the check-in time
- For check-out, repeat the operation
From the Admin Panel
- Go to the Events section
- You can manually insert events on behalf of employees
- You can modify or cancel existing events
- Every change is logged
Filters and Search
In the Events section you can filter by:
- Period: date range
- Employee: single user or all
- Location: specific work site
- Status: in progress, completed, cancelled
Work Hours
Work hours define the standard time ranges for employees:
- Default hours — configured by admin for the entire company
- Hour models — custom combinations of time ranges
- Alternate hours — temporary exceptions (e.g. special shifts)
Each employee has a reference work schedule used to calculate attendance and overtime.
Photos
PIC-Reader devices can be configured to take a photo during clock-in. Photos are attached to the event and viewable from the Events section in the admin panel.
Note: Clock-ins made via PIC-Reader always include the device's geolocation.
